The children have followed step-by-step instructions to build their own dragon, and used the iPads to find out where different dragon legends have started in England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales. They’ve also spent some time hearing the story of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, as well as hearing stories of some famous battles and sieges that really took place. In addition the children have practiced their social skills in Lego therapy sessions, and demonstrated their independence skills by cooking big breakfast for the class – sharing out the cooking, cleaning, table-setting and serving tasks between themselves.
