In outdoor learning this week, we have been looking at how people used to live in the medi evil times. We looked at mud villages and also tried on a knights helmet. We also made a knights favourite drink, made from honey and water, a delicious treat back in the day.
This week in outdoor learning we have looked at 1940s and 1950s. We looked at how homing pigeons were used and made our own secret messages in invisible ink. We also looked at how soldiers used fire to cook beans and bread. We also couldn’t resist roasting marshmallows.
We have continued the theme of dinosaurs and have been working on different life skills and science based topics around dinosaurs. We found a T Rex skull buried in the garden and also discovered how birds are related to Dinosaurs.
